Requesting a cancellation or book return

Submit a cancellation or return request through your order-details page, or email info@contratest.com. Include the order reference, buyer’s name, relevant products and reason for the request so we can review it and contact you about the next steps.

After submitting a request

Submitting a request does not automatically change the shipment status or issue a refund. Our team reviews the order, preparation and shipment status and explains the next steps under the applicable terms and law. Contact us for return instructions and the return address.

Damaged or incorrect products

Describe the problem and affected product when contacting us. Keep your order reference and photos showing the condition to help with the review.

Products with digital packages

Mention the included digital package when requesting a cancellation or return. The website’s published terms address cancellation of digital packages; they do not describe a physical-book return policy. Read the full terms or contact us about an order containing both. This page does not limit statutory rights.
